It's back. 5 days of showcasing the Spring/Summer 2013 collection from all your favourite designers has finally arrived. It's an event that needs no introduction and what many designers from all around the world proclaim as their favourite fashion week of all. This years logo is designed by none other than Manolo Blahnik and has named it the more than appropriate "shoe tree".
So far I've only had a chance to watch Bora Aksu's live streaming and I'm currently waiting for KTZ to begin (1pm). However, I've recently discovered Foydor Golan's collection.
Fyodor Podgorny and Golan Frydan are two independent designers from different areas of the globe that struck up a friendship when they both moved to London. They've both worked for the likes of Alexander McQueen, Raf Simons and Issey Miyake.
They feel their signature look is a "purity of shape and formed combined with integrity of texture and detail" and it's really prominent in their collection, quite rightly named, "Belle De Jour".
